International Shipments
Please read
this page carefully!
By placing an order with
Tropic Treasure Store, Inc., customers outside of the continental United
States, agree to the terms below. For international shipments
(shipments outside the continental US) these policies supersede
our usual domestic shipment policies.
Credit
Card Payments Only
We do not accept checks or money
orders from banks outside the continental United States; this
includes US territories. (Reason: banks charge us up to $100
to process a check/money order that is drawn on a foreign bank.)
Additionally, we do not accept "wired" payments.
International customers will need to pay via credit card. We
accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
Duties/Taxes
Contact your local customs office
to find out if your vicinity imposes a duty or tax on imported items!
If your country imposes a duty or tax upon receipt of imported items,
Tropic Treasure Store, Inc. is not responsible for payment of this
fee. Each customer in the receiving country is responsible for any
importing fees their country imposes.
Shipment
Time
Most international orders are shipped "Airmail Letter
Post" which takes 4 - 7 days to arrive, however, sometimes customs
delays in the receiving country can extend this time frame. Please
allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery. We
cannot ship UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight to countries outside the
continental US (this includes Canada, Hawaii and all other US
territories.)
Indemnity
Variance in the quality of postal services throughout the world
entails an inherent risk. International shipping is at the risk of
the customer and the customer agrees to not hold Tropic Treasure Store, Inc. responsible if a package (merchandise) arrives damaged or
arrives late.
